Rocky Road Overnight Weetbix ✨

Serves 4:

Another banger overnight weetbix recipe!! These are so yum and who wouldn’t wanna eat marshmallows and still hit those goals!

📝Ingredients
8 weetbix
4 servings of protein powder
400g high protein yoghurt
X1 30g chocolate Flake
200g frozen raspberries
60g mini marshmallows

👨🏼‍🍳Method

1. Divide all ingredients into 4. Crush weetbix into container and add a dash of hot water. Mix and press down into the bottom of your container.
2. Mix yoghurt and protein powder well, and add on top of your crushed weetbix.
3. Add raspberries then marshmallows then finish by topping off with your crushed up flake.
4. Store in the fridge!

🥓Bacon Egg Cheesy McMuffins

Serves 5:

My clients FAVOURITE breakfast at the moment! So easy to prep and grab and go in the morning! 🏆

📝Ingredients
5 Eggs
X5 Quality Bakers Muffin Splits
X5 Bega Super Slim cheese Slices
X10 Rindless eye bacon rashers
100g Cottage cheese

🧑🏼‍🍳Method

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, whisk eggs in a bowl with salt pepper and cottage cheese, place in a non stick dish and cook for 10-15 minutes until eggs are cooked through.
2. Cook bacon in a non stick pan over high heat until till cooked to your liking, then keep to the side.
3. Cut muffin splits in 1/2 and pop into the toaster.
4. Chop egg into 5 pieces and assemble muffin splits with egg, 2 pieces bacon, and cheese.
5. Store in tin foil or a container in the fridge.
