It saddens me to announce Farrelly Fitness will be closing. I want to thank everyone who has stood by me and supported Farrelly Fitness. I took a shot at a dream with someone I loved and in the end it cost me not only the dream but the person as well. Shoot for the stars, hopefully hit the moon 🚀

When we don't get adequate sleep we snack more. If you're trying to get greater control over your diet, are you making it easier on yourself by managing your sleep? At the moment it's especially important to be mindful of those late night lockdown Netflix binges and what they might be doing to your diet.

✅ Get 7-8hours a night (more if you're training hard.
✅ Establish a routine to help let your body know it's sleep time.
✅ Be consistent.

Weight loss is a subject on which people often hold polarized opinions. Whether you're eating keto, fasting intermittently, turning carnivore, living on lentils, getting involved in a pyramid scheme or existing on solar radiation, if you're losing weight, you're doing by being in a caloric deficit.

We all have our favorite activities. For some it's weight lifting, for others it's running, some people just like to take a long walk. While these activities are great for some components of fitness, they may leave other components inadequately addressed.
Run or walk a lot?
You may be neglecting strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.
Do a lot of resistance training?
Your cardiovascular endurance, flexibility or muscular endurance might need some work.

Our Vision

We started Farrelly Fitness because we believe there was a gap in the gym market for a industry specific prehab fitness facility founded on cutting edge research.

Our philosophy is simple: prevent injuries while optimizing fitness and health.

We run group classes that are fun, encouraging and designed with exercises and activities for individual needs.
Every individual who trains with us has a pre-screen movement assessment before exercising so we can guarantee they will be strengthening their weaker areas to prevent injuries and ensure they will be building their best body.

We also have 1-0n-1 Personal Training with qualified trainers.
Small group sessions 2-3 people
and a Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist trainer.
