Online with Liz @Niche Pilates 4 October 2021 A body warming routine with strength training and gentle stretching.

Change of scenery today and went for a wee jog along the river. Two ten minute jogs and a walk up a hill. Not amazing but it was a start. Being fit is amazing, getting fit HURTS!!!
