Togs For Schools!!!
Another school drop-off was made last week to Crawshaw School as part of our Togs to School initiative!
Do you have any outgrown togs, goggles, swim caps, or other swimming equipment sitting at home? Instead of throwing them away, donate them to help local children enjoy swimming and water safety programs.
Simply drop your donations into our donation bin at Waterworld Pool, and we'll pass them on to local schools for students who need them.
Every pair of togs and every set of goggles can make a real difference. Thank you for helping keep kids swimming! 💦💙

It’s not too late to join in! Pick up a card from Reception and your tamariki can complete it during their swimming lessons.

Temporary Closure - Gallagher Aquatic Centre
Please note that our facility will be temporarily closed from 6am to 2pm on Friday, 21 August 2026.
During this time, we will be:
- Undertaking pressure testing of our pool and plant room systems
- Preparing the facility ahead of the scheduled maintenance closure
Good news! All lessons and classes will continue as planned from 2pm onwards.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we carry out these important works. We look forward to welcoming you back from 2pm, 21 August!
