This is formal notice that the Hamilton Volleyball Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:

All members are encouraged to attend.
Business of the meeting will include:
• Apologies and confirmation of quorum
• Confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM
• Chair/President report
• Financial report and adoption of annual accounts
• Election of officers/committee for the coming year
• Acceptance of new Constitution.
• General business

Two of our Huskies teams got the opportunity to get their team photos done at Club Champs. Unfortunately, I didn't see the Men's A team on the last day.😔 There will be plenty of action photos for the A teams to come at a later date.
