We’ve had a few new faces join our page lately, so we thought we’d say hello and answer some of our most commonly asked questions about Eureka Sands Show Jumping Arena 🐴

📍 Where are you?
We’re at 1246A SH26, Eureka, handy to Newstead, Matangi, Hamilton, Cambridge and Morrinsville.

🐎 What size is the arena?
Our sand arena is 60m x 40m, with a full set of show jumps and fullers.

💰 How much does it cost?
Arena hire is currently $20 per horse/rider combination, per hour.

👯 Can I ride with friends?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to book with friends (or invite your coach along) and enjoy the space. Each horse/rider combination is $20.

💡 Can I ride after work?
Yes! The arena has lights, so early morning and evening bookings are welcome.

🚛 Is there room for floats and trucks?
Yes — we have plenty of easy parking and turning space in our carpark paddock, so there’s no stressful backing up!

🐴 Are the jumps already set up?
Yes! We have a variety of show jumps set up and ready to use.

💦 The nearby pond has a water feature, can this be turned off for my booking?
Yes it can no worries at all! We have all been there with our 4 year olds!

📅 How do I book?
Simply private message our page or text 027 512 8792 to arrange a time. Please prepay before your visit.

📸 Do we need to tag you in photos?
We LOVE seeing you enjoying the arena! Tag us on Facebook so we can see and share your photos, we are currently running a promo for October!

🌿 Who can use the arena?
Everyone is welcome — whether you’re schooling a young horse, preparing for a show, having a jump with friends or simply wanting somewhere different to ride.
