What a night! 💙🤍
On Wednesday, we were honoured to host the eight candidates standing in the Taranaki-King Country and Te Tai Hauāuru electorates in the upcoming November 7 elections ✅
It was a night where our community came to hear 📣 differing opinions and a contest of ideas, mixing and mingling with those hoping to represent us 👊
Thanks to all candidates for fronting up, Andrew Judd for emceeing, Laura Adams for the photos and to our people for coming along - hope you enjoyed it!
Lastly, gratitude 🙏 to our main sponsor Aotahi and section sponsors McIndoe Group Ltd and Waikato Federated Farmers for supporting this event! 💙🤍

Our Blue and White Club is a long-standing welfare fund which has supported Waitete's injured players 🚑 since the early 1990s.

With the Rams in town to play Thames Valley on Saturday, King Country Rugby is paying its respects to our much-loved 💙Waitete💙 club man and Ram 939 🐏 Baven Brown, who passed away recently.
Former King Country players are encouraged to wear their maroon blazers and invited to form a guard of honour for the Rams, before joining the team on the field for a moment of silence to remember Baven before the 1pm game 🫡😔

We had an awesome night celebrating our championship-winning U13s team at their prize-giving tonight! 💙🤍
Thank you to Morgs, Brett, Muzz and Jamie for all your time and effort working with this great group of kids, and to all the parents out there who have supported through the season, ka pai! 👊
We're also really thankful 🙏 to Pizza Hut Te Kuiti who have generously gifted us 🍕 pizza 🍕 through the season, which the crew really enjoyed tonight as you can see! 😅
Well done to the team and particularly the prize winners 🏆 all the best for 2027! 💙🤍
