The Green Shed seminar venue can be hired for training, meetings or events. Situated on the northern edge of Hastings in the middle of the productive Heretaunga Plains, the Centre is located on a 4 ha site with easy access and plentiful parking. The Centre for Land and Water is 4 km from the Hastings CBD, 17 km from the Napier CBD and 18 km from Hawke’s Bay Airport.

And today, with big help from Robert Joe our local friendly vegetable grower, our broccoli plants donated by Woodhaven Gardens are all planted

Onions finally picked up, off to packhouse to be graded for export. Thanks Apatu Farms and Bostocks for helping us with the crop this season
Six weeks after lifting the onions are still lying in the paddock waiting to be picked up. Machinery breakdown, availability and rain not helping. This is lifting again to cut the weeds that have grown and expose the onions to dry again.
