Just keep putting one foot in front of the other
Never give up

Been doing these Hakarimatas and trying to beat my time..... always hard but getting better.
These steps remind me of the struggles in life .... just taking one step at a time keep looking up and finally you get there the way up is hard requires work but the reward as sooo worth it.
For the last 8 months I have been running and following Ketogenic so I’ve lost a lot of muscle and strength. Well sort of strength I love.
Yesterday my 2nd serious train. Deadlifts improved heaps 6 days ago max was 70 kg 1 rep, today 70 for 10 reps and 80 for 3.
Just a word for those deadlifting you must engage your lats before you lift I see so many lift with their back.
Squeeze shoulder blades together activate lats and bellybotton tight look ahead not up and booom.

I love making goals and I have decided that I’m going back to compete next year in a bodybuilding competition.
I’ll be 55 years old, it will take a lot of work and dedication.
This was me 4 years ago and I’m going to work my arse off to get there again.

Being strong keeping your muscles working by lifting carrying and pushing is a fundamental necessity as you age.
You lose 5% of muscles every year once over 40 years of age.
If your undertaking a fitness goal e.g. walking or running a half marathon or marathon or even a 5 km goal your muscles around your joints must be strong to protect them from injury.
Get a good program seek wise counsel and you cannot go wrong. Reach you full potential always. Believe and achieve
Well I’ve seen everything now.
