What a week over the ditch! We travelled just shy of 1,500km from Adelaide to Sydney to collect my bike, then capped it off with an awesome day of racing at Nepean Raceway with the Speedway Experience crew for a round of the NSW Speedway Solo Super Series.

I’m absolutely stoked with my performance. I had some great battles and got to mix it up with riders who have plenty of overseas experience, which was a huge learning opportunity.

It was a privilege to ride for Darcy Ward’s team and finally meet the man himself. What a buzz! I took on as much advice as I could, especially around my starts, because they were pretty average. 😂

I was also introduced to Rod Colquhoun, who was incredibly helpful and brutally honest—which is exactly what I needed. Top bloke.

We’ll be heading back over on the 7th of November for the NSW Under-21 Title. I’m feeling a lot more confident and comfortable on the bike over there now. With the new engine and a few issues sorted, I’m hoping to put together an even stronger performance next time.

Finn was leading the race when there was an accident on track. Thankfully, Finn wasn’t involved, but the officials decided to call the race. So that’s a 1st place

A last-minute decision for Dad and me to head back over to Aussie for a few laps at Nepean Raceway! Stoked to be riding for Darcy Ward’s team and lining up against some seriously talented riders. It’ll be a huge learning experience for me, especially being my first teams match. Can’t wait 👌🇦🇺
