A narrow 2.5 - 3.5 loss today for our Thompson MacDonald Trophy interclub team playing Amberley at Amberley. That's their first loss in the competition. Wins to Marcus Mariu & Tim Roper, while Greg Mills halved his match.
Next Sunday they play Weedons at Weedons.

Here are the result's for Thursday Club - it was a beautiful warm spring day. Congratulations to Norman Burns the golfer of the month.

Club Championship Finals today - brilliant weather, great contests, course in amazing condition! Congratulations to everyone involved but especially to our Club Champions for 2026 who are:
Women - Senior: Jo Taylor; Intermediate: Nicola Richards; Junior: Isabel McLaughlin.
Men - Senior: Hayden Brown; Intermediate: Jamie Maat; Junior A: Nigel Greengrass; Junior B: Bob Meatyard.
Juniors: Darci Brown.
Izaia Elsaka, last year's Junior Champion, also received the money generously donated by club members to allow him to attend the AIMS Games in Tauranga - Izaia spoke very well in passing on his thanks to members.

Another hole in one was aced this week. Bruce Walden scored a hole in one on # 1 in the $2 Club competition. Congratulations Bruce.

Hole-in-one mania today at the course - two club stalwarts both aced the 13th hole - congratulations to Bob Meatyard and Paul Wagener.
Paul shies away from photos, but we managed to get a shot of a very happy Bob. Well done to you both! The members enjoyed the shouts in the clubhouse.
