Who's excited! We're just over two weeks away from our first practice for season 2026-2027, Saturday September 26th & as always, its FREE for the public to attend so come along and check out some of the machinery!

As the proud home of the New Zealand Stockcar Teams Champions Cando Fishing Crushers , we have some teams racing to look forward to before the big show hits town in March, the Vortech Engineering NZ Stockcar Teams Champs!

Before then, let's look ahead to the 2026 Mainland Stockcar Teams Champs being held December 5th, a show that is shaping up to be our biggest Mainland's in some years.

Heading the entry list is last year's champions Central Coyotes from Cromwell plus we are happy to introduce and welcome back, the Eastern States Titans from Blenheim and the Tasman Thunder of Nelson!

After a successful 2025 Mainland Teams debut, we are super excited to have Woodford Glen's second team back for another crack, the Mainland Rattlesnakes.

And of course, it won't be an event without the countries best team, the Cando Fishing Crushers!

The sixth and final team is yet to be confirmed.

Just when you thought this show was going to be epic, how about we add the 2026 South Island SuperStock Champs into the mix! A massive double-header that ya just can't miss!

Whatever you do, book the date now and get trackside for the 2026 Mainland Stockcar Teams Champs & South Island SuperStock Champs, Saturday, December 5th, how good!

There's still plenty of time, but get in early and save by becoming a Woodford Glen Speedway Junior Member this summer.

Our Junior Members Club is just $40 & gains you entry to every show throughout the speedway season, plus you'll receive a gift bag!

All Junior members are selected for their Gift Bag & will appear in the meeting programme at some point through the season. Make sure you buy a copy of our Dirt Talk programme at each show to see if your name appears and how to collect your gift bag!

Get your Junior Membership by simply completing the below online application form.

Once we receive your form, we will email you an invoice for payment. Junior membership age is 15 years and under.

Once your payment has been received, we will process your membership & you will receive your Junior 'E-Pass' via email by mid-October.
