π€ Does teamwork actually make the dream work?
In a class environment? Legitimately yes.
There's something about training alongside other people that makes you push harder, stay longer and enjoy it way more than going it alone.
Come and find out for yourself.

ποΈ Do exercises need to be complicated?
Nope.
Squat. Hinge. Push. Pull. Carry. Repeat.
The basics done consistently will take you further than any complicated programme you'll never stick to.
Keep it simple. Keep showing up. πͺ

πͺ How much effort do you actually need to put in for it to count?
This is a question worth answering honestly because a lot of people either go too hard and burn out or hold back thinking it's not worth doing unless it's intense.
The truth sits comfortably in the middle.
Here's what actually makes training count:
β
Consistency beats intensity. showing up regularly at moderate effort outperforms occasional heroic sessions every time
β
Progressive challenge. Gradually doing a little more over time is what drives real results
β
Enough effort to feel it. You should finish a session feeling like you did something, not destroyed
β
Recovery matters. Rest days are part of the programme not a sign of weakness
β
Enjoyment is underrated. Effort feels easier when you actually like what you're doing
The sweet spot for most people is leaving a session feeling genuinely worked but not wrecked. Energised not demolished.
You don't need to empty the tank every time.
You just need to show up, give it a decent crack, and do it again next week.

β° What's the best time to train?
Honestly? When you actually do it.
Morning, lunch, evening. The science has opinions but the reality is simple. The best session is the one that fits your life consistently enough to keep showing up.
What time suits you best? πͺ

π― Your why matters more than your programme.
When motivation dips (and it will) your reason for training is what gets you through the door anyway.
Get fit for your kids. Feel strong again. Manage your mental health. Live longer.
Find your why. The how takes care of itself. πͺ

We were stoked to hear that Marina chose to celebrate π₯750 gym visitsπ₯with her hubby at Donegal House.
This was actually a twofer. These two love birds were also celebrating their 3 year anniversary! Congratulations, it looks like you had a lovely evening!
We feel pretty chuffed to have played a small role - the meals look scrumptious. Congrats again!
See you at 1K π

π§ Is the gym actually going to make you feel better?
Yeah. It really is.
Not just physically. Your mood lifts. Your sleep improves. Your stress drops. You walk out feeling better than you walked in pretty much every single time.
The science is solid. The feeling is better. πͺ
