In the coming Autumn/ Winter the Koha Community Classes will continue in the warmth and comfort of James Kemp Hall. Take your mat with you and enjoy an hour of Slow Mindful Yoga Flow and some more relaxation with the new props (Tribe bolsters/ cork blocks) I just got!
Also bring a friend along and let's build up a Community place where you can retreat to once a week 🙏

The Prenatal Yoga 5-week Program will keep coming at James Kemp Hall too so make sure you let your pregnant friends know about it, they will love you for this!

We are now offering REGULAR PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES at The Yoga Shed EVERY THURSDAY from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Bookings are essentials as we have limited space.
