We had a fantastic diabetes education session today! Keeping the group small allowed everyone to truly dive into discussions, ask questions, and connect with the material.

It is wonderful to see such strong, continuous community interest in our diabetes prevention and management workshops. The small group setup made the conversation and engagement flow naturally.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made it such a collaborative experience! We also acknowledge and deeply thank our partner, Cannons Creek School, for generously letting us use their school hall.

Very busy and productive day today for our team. Great to see the community turned up to use our free nursing service and health education. Team InformationNz Health will be in Porirua tomorrow at Cannons Creek School - pop down for a free health check and assessment, and join our diabetes prevention and management education workshop from 11-1pm. What a day for team InformationNz Health! We started the day with our team meeting, followed by our nurse clinic - delivering free health checks and public health promotion @ the Stokes valley spring market, and ended the day @ our partner organization ConnexNz community mural reveal event! Great to see a huge turnout from our community today @ the market supporting our local businesses and vendors and thanks to our team member DJ and our nurse Sera for providing the music/entertainment! We're pleased it's another successful market supporting our community - together with our partner organiser Stokes Valley Kai.
