That’s a wrap on the 2025 winter season! ❄️⛷️
A huge thank you to everyone who came skiing with us — we loved sharing the slopes with you and can’t wait to see you again!
We’re already dreaming of fresh snow for next winter, but the mountains aren’t done yet.
Keep the stoke alive and stay connected — if you’re keen to keep the adventure going, we run climbing courses and overnight glacier hiking trips on the Tasman Glacier throughout summer 🧊

🌧️❄️ Heavy rain warning in Aoraki Mount Cook today means heavy snow up high!
We’re expecting 1–2 metres of fresh snow on the glaciers through Wednesday and Thursday.
☀️ Friday is shaping up to be the next clear window for Ski The Tasman.
While some ski fields are winding down for the season, it’s far from over here — the Tasman Glacier is stacked with snow and spring skiing is all-time.

Aoraki Mount Cook got hammered by another wild westerly storm!
Over 2 meters of fresh snow has just fallen at the top of the Tasman Glacier.
Here on the Tasman Glacier, we don’t talk snow in centimeters — it’s meters.
This is exactly why New Zealand’s largest glacier exists.
Conditions are absolutely epic right now. Don’t miss it!

Sunshine, perfect easy powder, smooth turns and incredible scenery. The Tasman Glacier is the best skiing in the country right now and has the best views to go with it. This weather window looks like it will last through Tuesday so come on up to Mt Cook Village and join us.

Nearly a metre of fresh snow has fallen over the last couple of days at the top of the glaciers!
Our landing zone sits at 2450 m — well above the normal ski fields in NZ — so all the rain that fell in the village came down as snow up high. ❄️
We have tons of fresh snow to ski again this week.
Would you come and help us? 🚁⛷️
