Hate to break it to you, but that magical time when life finally calms down? It's probably not coming. πŸ™ƒ

And I know that's not what you want to hear.

Because you've got every intention of looking after yourself.

You'll get back into exercising when work settles down.

You'll start eating better when you've got more time to plan meals.

You'll focus on yourself when the kids are a bit older, the house is sorted, or you've finally got some bloody energy.

But here's the problem...

If you keep waiting for life to be less busy, you could be waiting forever.

And in the meantime, another month passes. Another year. And you're still telling yourself that NEXT week will be different.

The women who manage to stay consistent with their health and fitness aren't necessarily the ones with the most spare time.

They're the ones who've learnt how to make it work around their lives.

They've learnt that some weeks they'll smash it, and other weeks they'll barely scrape by.

But they keep going.

And that's a SKILL. One you can learn.

You don't need to suddenly become someone who gets up at 5am, meal preps every Sunday and never misses a workout.

You need realistic habits, a bit of flexibility, and sometimes someone to give you a kick up the arse when you need it πŸ˜‚

And that's exactly why I created LOCK IN πŸ”’

16 weeks of accountability to help you stop putting your health and fitness on the back burner.

πŸ’ͺ Easy habits to focus on

πŸ’ͺ Weekly check-ins to keep you accountable

πŸ’ͺ Progress reviews to recognise how far you've come

πŸ’ͺ A community of women who get it

πŸ’ͺ Support to help you navigate the weeks when life gets messy

And because I don't want money to be another reason you put yourself last, LOCK IN is PAY WHAT YOU CAN.

You choose your contribution for the full 16 weeks, and everyone receives the same support.

πŸš€ We start Monday 2 November.

So here's my question...

Are you going to spend another 16 weeks waiting for the right time?

Or are you going to give yourself 16 weeks to start doing things differently?

You've got 47 things on your to-do list. And somehow, YOU aren't one of themπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

Sound familiar?

Between work, family, running a household and everything else life throws at you, finding time for yourself can feel bloody impossible.

But here's something I want you to think about.

When did looking after yourself become something you only do if there's time left over?

And why have we convinced ourselves that unless we can do EVERYTHING, there's no point doing ANYTHING?

Can't get to the gym for an hour? Might as well skip it.

Haven't got time to meal prep? Sod it, I'll start eating better next week.

Can't hit 10,000 steps? Well, today's a write-off.

Who decided that looking after yourself had to be all or nothing?

Twenty minutes of movement counts.

A ten-minute walk counts.

Making one decent meal choice counts.

And sometimes, choosing to sit down and REST instead of ticking another job off that never-ending list counts too.

Stop dismissing what you CAN do because it doesn't look like what you think you SHOULD be doing.

Because consistency isn't about doing everything perfectly.

It's about learning to work with the time, energy and circumstances

It's about learning to work with the time, energy and circumstances you've actually got.

And sometimes, that means lowering the bar rather than giving up altogether.

But I also know that making yourself a priority is easier said than done. Especially when you've spent years putting everyone else first.

That's where having some accountability can make a massive difference.

And that's exactly why I created LOCK IN.

πŸ’ͺ 16 weeks of building realistic habits

πŸ’ͺ Weekly check-ins and accountability

πŸ’ͺ A supportive community of women working towards their own goals

πŸ’ͺ Guidance to help you keep showing up, even when life gets messy

No ridiculous expectations. No complete lifestyle overhaul. And definitely no requirement to be perfect.

We start Monday 2nd November.

It's PAY WHAT YOU CAN, because I don't want money to be another barrier to getting support.

If you're ready to put yourself back on that to-do list, I'd love you to join us.

How many times have you promised yourself that THIS time will be different?

You'll be more disciplined. More motivated. You'll finally get your s**t together and stick to it.

And when things don't go to plan?

You blame yourself.

You're lazy. You've got no willpower. You clearly don't want it badly enough.

And the worst part? Every time you break another promise to yourself, you start believing those things a little bit more.

But here's something I want you to think about.

What if you're not lacking willpower? What if you've just never had the right support to keep going when life gets difficult?

Because being consistent when everything is going well is the easy bit.

It's showing up when you're knackered. When work is ridiculous. When the kids need you. When you've missed a few days and that little voice in your head is telling you you've blown it, so you might as well start again on Monday.

THAT'S when consistency really matters.

And that's where so many women get stuck.

Not because they don't care about their health. Quite the opposite.

They care so much that every setback feels like another failure.

I want to change that.

I want you to experience what it feels like to trust yourself again.

To know that missing a workout doesn't mean you've failed.

To stop measuring your commitment by how perfectly you've followed a plan.

To become someone who keeps showing up for herself, even when life is a bit of a s**tshow.

That's why I created LOCK IN.

16 weeks of building habits, accountability, weekly check-ins and a community of women who are figuring this stuff out alongside you.

Not another quick fix. Not another challenge where you have to be perfect.

An opportunity to prove to yourself that you CAN follow through.

πŸ’ͺ We start Monday 2nd November.

πŸ’› It's pay what you can, because I don't want money to be the reason you miss out on support.

If you're tired of making promises to yourself that you struggle to keep, I'd love you to join us.

How many more Mondays are you going to wait?

How many times have you told yourself you'll start when things calm down?

When work isn't so busy. When you've got more energy. When life feels a little less chaotic.

But here's the thing...

Life doesn't magically get quieter just because you've decided you want to get fitter, stronger or healthier.

And if you keep waiting for the perfect time, you could still be having this same conversation with yourself in six months.

That's why I created LOCK IN πŸ’ͺ

Not to give you another 16 weeks of trying to be perfect.

But to help you make your health and fitness a priority, with structure, accountability and support that fits around your actual life.

Because you deserve to feel stronger, healthier and more confident in yourself.

And you don't need to do it alone.

πŸš€ LOCK IN starts 2nd November.

One of the biggest reasons I've stayed consistent with fitness for over 10 years? The people I've surrounded myself with ❀️

And looking back at these photos, apparently Chris has spent a fair chunk of that time being an honorary member of the gym girl gangπŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ

I've been training for well over a decade now. And while I genuinely love exercise, that doesn't mean I'm always motivated, that I never struggle or that I always fancy showing up.

One thing I've learnt about myself is that I NEED a community around me.

People who share similar goals. Who understand why I get excited about lifting something heavy. Who encourage me to push myself, celebrate the wins and make the whole experience a lot more fun.

And it's something I've actively sought out wherever I've been.

Sometimes that's been a gym full of people. Sometimes it's a training buddy. Other times it's been an online community of people I've never actually met in person.

It doesn't really matter what it looks like.

What matters is having people in your corner.

Because when you're surrounded by people who are also making their health and fitness a priority, it becomes a little easier to make yours one too.

You learn from each other. You challenge each other. You make friendships. And on the days when your own motivation is nowhere to be found, you've got people who help you keep going.

I think that's one of the things we sometimes overlook when we're trying to get fitter, stronger or healthier.

We spend so much time thinking about WHAT we need to do, but not enough time thinking about WHO we need around us to help us do it.

You don't have to do it all on your own.

And you certainly don't have to be the fittest, strongest or most confident person in the room to belong.

So if you're struggling to get going, or keep going, maybe it's time to find your people. ❀️

I'd love to know - have you found your fitness community? And what difference has it made to you?

8cm off her waist in 22 days. With 83% consistency πŸ‘€

Impressive?

But it's the 83% I want you to pay attention to.

Because so many women are stuck believing that if they can't give something 100%, there's no point doing it at all.

They miss a workout. Have a busy weekend. Eat something that wasn't on the plan.

And suddenly, they're back to square one. Or at least that's what they tell themselves.

But that's not how progress works.

This client didn't need to be perfect to see changes. She needed a realistic plan, accountability and the willingness to keep showing up.

And that's what I want more women to understand.

You don't have to put your life on hold to look after yourself.

You don't have to wait until work calms down, the kids are older or you've got more time.

You can start where you are, with what you've got.

Progress comes from what you do consistently, not what you do perfectly.

And that's exactly what we're working on inside LOCK IN.

πŸš€ We start 2 November.

If you're ready to stop putting yourself at the bottom of the list, comment LOCK IN or send me a DM and I'll send you the details.

πŸ”’ We're getting ready to LOCK IN!

And I've just been putting together some pre-homework for the women who've already signed up.

Yes, homework. Before we've even started! πŸ˜‚

But there's a reason for it.

I don't just want to know WHAT someone wants to achieve.

I want to know WHY.

Why have they decided now is the time to make a change?

What's been getting in their way?

What would actually make a difference to their everyday life?

Because two people could come to me with exactly the same goal, but have completely different reasons for wanting to achieve it.

And those reasons matter.

One person might want to feel stronger.

Another might want the energy to get through the day without feeling absolutely knackered.

Someone else might just be fed up with making promises to themselves and never following through.

LOCK IN isn't about everyone chasing the same goal.

It's about figuring out what matters to YOU, taking action and having the accountability to keep going.

We're starting on 2nd November, so plenty of time to join us.

16 weeks. Your goals. Your commitment. My support and accountability.

And yes, you really can pay what you want.

If you're ready to make yourself a priority again, drop me a message with LOCK IN and I'll send you the details. ❀️

So, what actually happens when you sign up for LOCK IN? πŸ”’πŸ’ͺ

I've had a few people asking, so here's what you're signing up for!

LOCK IN is my 16-week health and fitness accountability programme for women who want to make their health a priority, without turning their lives upside down.

We start Monday 2nd November.

What's involved?

πŸ’ͺ THE LOCK IN 5
five key habits we'll keep coming back to. No quick fixes or gimics, just the foundations that matter.

🎯 YOUR goals – whether you want to get stronger, improve your fitness or simply start looking after yourself more consistently, we'll focus on what matters to you.

βœ… WEEKLY CHECK-INS – a chance to look at what's working, what's getting in the way and what needs to change.

πŸ”₯ CHALLENGES – opportunities to try something new, push yourself and keep things interesting.

🧠 COACHING & SUPPORT – guidance from me throughout the 16 weeks, so you're not left trying to figure everything out alone.

πŸ‘ COMMUNITY – women working on their own goals, sharing the wins and the weeks that don't quite go to plan.

What do I expect from you?

To get involved! You don't need to be fit already, have loads of spare time or get everything right every week.

Some weeks will be brilliant. Others will be a bit of a mess. That's life. We're working on consistency, not perfection.

And the cost?

LOCK IN is PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD.

The suggested contribution is $320 USD for the full 16 weeks ($20 a week). If you can afford more, great. If you need to pay less, that's fine too.

I don't want money to be the reason you keep putting your health on the back burner.

Ready to LOCK IN? Send me a message with LOCK IN and I'll send you the details. ❀️
