This is just a message to let you know that we have had a management change and the old owners have taken back over.
There will be a lot of new changes going on at the gym with new gear, new gym software, equipment getting fixed, a new name and making the place look brand new again.
We have a lot of great plans for you to look forward to!
Can you please send us a private message or give the gym a call to make sure that your automatic payments are going through to the new bank account.
We’re also now staffed Monday to Friday 9am-7pm.
A lot of you have already seen all the changes starting to happen around the place and we look forward to seeing you all again 😊

Here's our current roster team!

We are still building and adding/adjusting things regularly while we are building the roster up, so do check in and see what's new in the following weeks.

We have a bunch of general fitness classes ready to start up (for the people not interested in the MMA theme). In order to do that we need to find the right trainer to join our team, so if you or anyone you know is interested, get in touch!

Prices currently for the classes are $10 for hour long classes and $7 for the half hour classes, with discounts for gym members (ask us about our kids payment options and discounts).
