The annual fixture between Bowls Kapiti Coast and Bowls Wanganui was well hosted at Waikanae Bowling Club yesterday.
Wanganui were successful in winning both the Men's and Women's trophies, defeating the men 10-6, and the women 9-7.
Some great Bowls were played by all with this being a useful start to the season.

Our Development Men and Women had another successful training session last Monday evening at Waikanae Bowling Club. This was another well supported session with a good number of attendees as we prepare for the upcoming Representative fixture against Wanganui and the upcoming season.

Many thanks to all of those who attended and to Waikanae Bowling Club for hosting us again.

It would be great to have many supporters at Waikanae Bowling Club this Sunday (4 October) to watch our Representatives take on Wanganui and provide positive support to our dedicated Development Men and Women. Games commence at 10am

Men's and Women's Development training sessions.

There will be training sessions on Monday 21 September and Monday 28 September at Waikanae Bowling Club, starting at 5.30pm. These will include some on green and off green activities.

This is available to all year 1 to 8 development Men and Women. Especially if you want to improve your game, increase your skill level and be part of the development environment. Those selected to the Rep teams to play against Wanganui on 4 October need to be there as well.

All year 1 to 8 players are part of the squad, we are one team. Hope to see as many of you there as possible.
