‼️ 10kg down ‼️
And still going strong!
When you get a message from your client that they are 10kg down from when they started their fitness journey 🥹
Meet my client Rosa 👋🏾 a busy woman juggling work, studying, her faith and family life.
I actually reached out to her initially in September to thank her for appreciating my own transformation post after having my kids. She was just starting her own fitness journey and we talked about why it was important to her. Rosa wanted to focus on herself after feeling like she had let herself go. It was important to her because it was affecting the way she saw herself, the way she interacted with people and because she was at a point where her confidence was non-existent. And more importantly, because she didn't recognise herself when she looked in the mirror.
Rosa was ready and willing to do what she needed to do to get the results she wanted.
We started with small changes in her nutrition like adding more vegetables to her meals, working on hunger cues and progressively increasing her water intake. We've been currently working on portion sizes/control and developing the tools she needs to capitalise on her weight loss, even when she is eating out.
Training wise we needed to fit the workouts into her busy schedule so 2 full body workouts and daily steps target is what suited her lifestyle.
Each week has been a progression in some way, it may not be everything, but life isn't perfect and her journey isn't going to be either.
Today she is feeling confident and lighter, loves her training, her clothes are feeling looser and her selfie game in her changing body is on point 📷 🤳

Hello to old and new followers! 👋🏾
Anywho, my name is Anastasia but everyone calls me Sia 😊 I'm a Personal Trainer in CHCH, NZ and an Online Fitness Coach.
I am a thriving 42 year old mumma to 2 boys so being fit and healthy definitely keeps me active to keep up with my energetic 👨👦.
I love spending time with my family, going for coffee catch ups, going out to eat, shooting hoops at Timezone (try and beat me!), Sunday strolls and I have 2 cats 🐈 🐈⬛️ , well 3 if you count the one that doesn't want to live with us anymore lol
I originally got into the fitness industry so I could help myself lead a healthy and fit life and that changed to wanting to help others on their fitness journey 💪🏾
My passion has changed over the years but this year I really resonated with wanting to help out other busy mums. I understand and have experienced the struggles of getting back into shape after having kids.
Each mum's journey is different, the struggle is real but I'm here to tell you it's not impossible!!
