Thank you to everyone who could make it to our first ride of the season. It turned out to be a very successful day, and we hope everyone had a great time!

Results are now up on Evo, and certificates will be emailed out shortly.

Ruahine Endurance Ride
What a fantastic day out with the Endurance Riding Club yesterday!

I was there capturing riders across the 40km, 20km and 12km rides,in the showers and windy conditions with plenty of action, beautiful horses and those special moments along the way.

We are excited to announce that CA Studio Photography will be at the Scott’s Ferry beach rides this year!

Capturing the moments that happen between horse and rider, from the action and excitement to those little moments that make the day memorable.

I’ll be photographing throughout the event,.
If you see photos you love, just send me the photo number via messenger (Cath Anderson) I will reply with payment details.
$5 per photo or 3 for $12.
I hope to capture some special memories for you and your horse to take home from the day!

After a successful AGM last weekend Ruahine Endurance Club would like to thank our outgoing committee member- Heidi Pihama (Secretary) and welcome aboard - Andrea Ropiha (Secretary) and Paula Watson (Evo Events Secretary) while Leanne Ireland (President), Sandy Hickman (Vice President), Emmy Bethel (Treasurer) and Lily McLeod (Media Liaison/Assistant Secretary) remained in their roles.

Club awards were given out to our distance riders and horses, which were won respectively by:

* Senior distance rider – Leanne Ireland
* Senior distance horse – Prince Eligani SPA
* Senior horse & rider – Sean Trafford & Prince Eligani SPA
* Junior distance horse – GA Valentino
* Junior distance rider – Lily McLeod
* CTR Distance Horse & Rider – Hyforce SFW Turquoise & Kara Ireland

We have a big season ahead of us and we look forward to seeing you at our rides over the coming season, so keep an eye out for our upcoming flyers!

Also see the attached ESNZ registration checklist to understand which registration category applies to you before we kick off our first ride on the 22nd of August. The flyer will be out shortly so watch this space!
