There will be no training next week (Monday 7th & Wednesday 9th) due to some maintenance being carried out on the hall/kitchen. I’m sure you’ll put that time to good use and study your theory, and do some home practice! 🤓

Black belt academy is due to start in a couple of weeks for red belts and above who are intending to grade. If you’re keen for these sessions, can you please email Mr Lee to indicate your interest. The cost for these sessions will be determined once numbers have been established and there will be a sign up available on justgo next week.

Next event on the calendar is the Star Series on 19 July. Coloured belts, remember that you need 10 contribution/attendance credits to be eligible to grade to black belt. This is a great opportunity to earn some of those credits and get some more ring time!
