Hey ladies due to work the next couple of weeks due to Xmas and being do busy I won't be able to run camps anytime soon .sorry.once the new year comes in we will look at doing some then.very sorry for the inconvenience

Hope I've all had a great weekend.

There is no bootcamp till Thursday just so I can organise with numbers which works better for everyone

Just want your thoughts on weather we do a monday session at 7pm or a Tuesday session at 6:30

Normal bootcamp on Thursday afternoon at 6:30 pm same place same time
Boxfit and strength training
