Saturday morning Easter yoga class is go. 9am Lyttelton.

Viparita Karani, a restful restorative yoga pose. Calms the nervous ststem and promotes deep sleep. Every Tuesday 6pm in the Heathcote valley with Harbour Yoga.

First Saturday class of the year this Saturday 9am at Lyttelton St Johns. Tuesday restorative and Thursday 6pm classes resume in February. Classes still $15, matts and props available, beginners and lapsed yogis welcome.

Saturday 9am yoga begins again on the 24th of January. Tuesday and Thursday start in Feb. Happy new year everyone
