What we choose now determines tomorrow, the next day and the many days to come. Whatever you do, DO NOT RELYING ON FEELINGS β¦ they will guarantee you absolutely NOTHING!!!

At 67years β¦ completing THE GREAT WALL MARATHON π³πππ½
She blows me away every day with her consistency in the gym through all seasons. The many great achievements she has made are incredible but what I admire most is the way she turns up daily! She doesnβt care if there is one other person in class or 30, she works hard and makes the most of her session. She challenges her weights but is wise with her choices. She takes care of her body and looks after her niggles
Summer, winter, rain or sunshine β¦ she turns up!! THIS is life and she is living it with the biggest most amazing smile always π₯°
We love you and admire you Lorraine, you are an example to us β€οΈ

Not just for the gram ππͺπ½ few reasons we do these listed below.
Was really proud of our 9:30am FITMUMZ girls this morning, they are always so keen to learn, adapt and implement. They never shy away from hard and different things and this makes me so proud as a coach. It tells me they feel safe and donβt care if they fail or look stupid hehe
Shoulder stability
The bands + plates/kettlebells create constant movement causing your shoulders to react instantly to keep the bar overhead. This builds (over time) solid overhead stability that carries over to presses, jerks, and handstand work.
Core bracing
Because the load is swinging, your core has to stay fully engaged. Itβs very similar to what happens in sport or awkward real-life loads. We are creating FUNCTIONAL bodies π
Injury resilience
Youβre strengthening stabilisers that donβt get hit as hard in strict, controlled lifts. This can help reduce shoulder and trunk injuries over time.
Mental focus under tension
You canβt switch off or speed up too much during these carries. They demand concentration which is important to have and develop in many areas of life

This began from some fun tag over the holidays all organised and set up by . Community and people will always be at the heart of what we do and if anyone is for the community, itβs him πππ½
Thank you to all the families who gave of their husbands and wives for the weekend including and new baby mama and also to all the supporters who came through the weekend β¦ means so much and we love you guys π₯Ή

JUST MOVE is not currently funded, we personally invest into this by choice. Not because we have an abundance of funds to spare but because we have a belief in whatβs important for our families in our immediate community. We want to provide more sessions for free and one day we will ππ½
