Big shout out to our CORE GROUP that started with me back in week 1 and HUSTLED their way through the whole 8 weeks! So proud of each and every person that came through over these past 2 months! It was a priviledge to train each and every one of you and the progression I've seen over this programme has been AMAZINGGG πππ₯π₯πͺπΌπͺπΌ
Thanks team for spending this 8 weeks with me! It was truly humbling to be in our community and watching you all HUSTLE!

25x Forward Bicycles
25x Reverse Bicyles
25x Leg Extensions
25x Crunchy Frogs
25x Leg Raises
25x Scissor Switches (approx 10 second holds)
25x V Ups
12/12x Leg Climbs
12/12x Cross Overs
12/12x Oblique Crunches
25x Heel Taps
25x Russian Twists (2 taps = 1 Rep)
30 sec Plank

Today we hit a simple session of BURPEES and CORE πͺπΌ
The team smashed out a 10 minute set before we played our "game" (some will question that π)
Our BURPEE CHALLENGE started today at 5 going up in 5s every week day! Back at it Tuesday squad with 20 burpees to smash out! Do your homework trust me it will help! π

Our first session back following an awesome long weekend π that sun was a scorcher! Our team hustled hard in our interactive session and showed me what they're made of! πͺπΌ back at it Thursday at 6pm team, please make sure to bring a water, hat and sunscreen as it's meant to be the hottest day of this heat wave! π₯π₯π₯

First Session of Week 3 ππͺπΌ shout out to our for coming through with the mahi today! π₯π₯π₯
