4C Fitters attending classes come in from all over Auckland and considering the infectious nature of the Covid variant must act in the best interests of the community including my staff that rely on our business continuation for their livelihoods. Therefore 4C Fitness will close for an indefinite period to observe the extent of the current spread. Please be Safe out there and remember you all have the knowledge to keep up 'movements' to support your overall health.😃

It is with Celebration and Sadness I announce the official closure of 4C fitness on Saturday 2 April 2022.

After 10years of speaking into a microphone to encourage and support community wellbeing whilst still working a full time job is now time I hang up my whistle.

We started at a time when alternative training methods were scarse and was able to build a programme that catered to anybody of any fitness level surrounded by a supportive and non judgemental culture of inclusiveness.

From my Xtrain classes to the Zumba classes that my Wife and her Sisters used to run were able to successfully mobilse community health and support those either looking to increase their confidence in a gym environment to those wanting to change up their fitness routines.

Having Zuukeeper Fitness run their ZUU and Ankorr classes added another dimension to the 4C Dome that speaks volume to the commitment and passion that Esau and Lowena bought to their craft.

To the other 4C trainers that have helped or continue to help, you are part of the 4C legacy that bought it all together and made a difference.

My Wife and I will take so much away from the lived experience of 4C and the people (community) we have been able to influence or help in a positive way.

Until 2 April my microphone will remain on, my whistle will continue to remind everyone its time to change it up and the music will keep everyone energized and motivated. A few clips from the past to remind us that movement is crucial to sustain physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
