⛳️ Mahunga Update! ⛳️

It's a perfect day for greens renovations! Therefore the course will be CLOSED all day today and tomorrow to allow our hardworking green team time to get the course looking mint for the longer days and warmer weather.

⛳️There will be further closures this week and potentially next week as well, so keep an eye out for updates.

⛳️Some events have been rescheduled to allow the greens to recover
🏌‍♂️ Tuesdays Veterans Golf will now take place on Thursday the 17th of September.
🏌‍♀️The LVA Tournament has been rescheduled until the 13th of October.

⛳️Finally please remember the 2 ball practice rule on the course. A maximum of 2 practice shot are to be taken, if you need more than that please use the practice fairway or practice nets.

🏌️🏌️‍♀️Next weeks Mahunga Veterans Day has been transferred from Tuesday to Thursday the 17th of September due to the work being carried out on the course.

The course is OPEN but very wet, so NO Carts please!

⚠️Unfortunately, we have to postpone tomorrows scheduled LVA Stableford Tournament due to flooding in several places on the Mahunga Golf Course.

⛳The event will now take place next Tuesday the 15th of September 2026.

❌️No Carts on the course today please!

🌸Spring is here! Which means longer days and hopefully better weather (no promises!)

🦺It also means that our green keeping team needs to do some work on the course, which will require some closures this coming week.

⛔️The Mahunga Golf Course will have closures on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this coming week for coring and sanding. This work is weather dependant so the exact days, times and areas of the course can not be confirmed until closer to the time.
