Former Matamata Swifts Ladies Captain, Jenn Ireland, passed away yesterday, Sunday 3rd December, after a brave battle with illness.
Jenn captained the Matamata Ladies Football Team in 2004 and 2005 (possibly other years, but I can't quite recall? - Nat)
Jenn was a great Captain, player and team mate (and for a short time, flatmate)
Condolences go to Jenns husband Ricky and her children, Josh, Hannah and Max.

Matamata Vs Claudelands, 11am kickoff at the Domain.
Long time Team Captain Mary Ontiveros, plays her last game for Matamata, before she and husband Kiko, return to USA 🇺🇸 at the end of year.
Mary has been a great leader for the Ladies Team. Her skill and hard work on the field have contributed to the Ladies success for many years.
