Hey Yogi’s 🙏🏼
Caroline here, one of your teachers who is back from overseas and excited to share more Yoga and Meditation with this community!
I am a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher as well as a Meditation Facilitator. It is my absolute passion sharing these introspective practices with others and supporting you to truly befriend yourself.
I’m currently teaching in studios around the Mount and Papamoa but would also love to extend more offerings for 1:1 and smaller group sessions (a wonderful opportunity to get your friends together and practice in community). These more intimate sessions can provide you with much more attention, accountability and guidance to really support you to start and or evolve your Yoga and Meditation practice.
