Slight time adjustment for class tomorrow to factor in AIMS traffic. Outdoor guided expressive dance & meditation class will be 10-11am at our usual spot, Mt Drury near the carpark on the ocean side. $20 cash or bank transfer 💛💛💛

I got home from a work meeting late yesterday afternoon and noticed the first blossoms had burst right on 1st September! Nahla was so excited too 🤣🤣🤣🌸🌸🌸 🐶

Outdoor dance is on again tomorrow! 9.30-10.30am at Mt Drury (ocean side amongst the trees beside the carpark) $20 cash or bank transfer. Bring a yoga mat or towel for the meditation part. All welcome 🌸🌸🌸
