It's official! New Zealand to host 2025 International Surf Rescue Challenge!

This November, Mount Maunganui will host some of the best surf lifesaving athletes in the world as they compete at the 2025 International Surf Rescue Challenge.

New Zealand’s Black Fins will compete against athletes from across the world during this key event in the international surf lifesaving calendar which runs from 27-30 November.

Five years ago today i opened the doors of Renegade Fitness to the public for the first time. It took a full two years from conception to opening the doors but no one could have foreseen the challenges that were ahead and unexpectedly, three months later we went into our first ever lock down. Undeterred, winners will always push on despite the obstacles and naysayers.
