Today Grego and Aimee headed to Lower Hutt to the meca of strength down that way, Viking Brothers Strength and conditioning, to pick up some new weights for the studio. What an amazing place that Viking Brothers is, check it out! And check out the new weights!

Had a great trip yesterday and are ready for the Wellington & Central Powerlifting Association - WCPA regional powerlifting competition in Petone, Lower Hutt. Both Aimee and Jimmy are ready to go!!!
