I love this page, they have some really good information on natural health. Definitely check out this article as you may not have received enough 'Sun Hours' (Vitamin D) with the Summer we have experienced in NZ this year!

Vitamin D Reminder As Autumn Approaches | NZ Doctors Speaking Out With Science As we head into autumn, it is worth thinking about vitamin D levels and whether they are optimal for good health during the winter months.

Hello MWBW friends!
Only a couple more weeks before the teaching year begins for me and hopefully you too! This year I will be offering Video on Demand, Livestream, and Summer Pop Up sessions. I am looking for a super patient genius who can teach me Canva? I need to learn how to edit videos and posts etc as I move my business online.
Please message me if you are this person or know of someone.
All help is greatly appreciated.

DAY 14: I know I am behind on these, but I also know you are busy getting ready for the Red Man Day....so catch up when you can. The main point here is to control your 'rib thrust' while you hang and don't let your shoulders bunch up by your ears!! This is a hard one, but you have this 🤗

DAY 12: 'Arms Behind You Stretch' Hopefully your arms, shoulders and chest are now more 'open' to this stretch! I love how these all seem so easy....yet are really very challenging!

DAY 11: Open and expand your chest, shoulders, ribs and upper back with this treat! I like to put a cushion under my bent knee so my pelvis is stable while I ' WINDMILL' my moving arm. After you do one side, pause and take a few breaths and feel the difference to the unstretched side....amazing!!!

DAY 10: Computer arms anyone?!! I do believe that's a BIG YES from all of you. The test here is to see if you can SQUEEZE the block with your palms rather than using your FINGERS to GRIP the block Let me know who you go??

DAY 9: Let's roll and laugh away! Do it at a park or somewhere you have a big space. Its one of those ones that LOOKS EASY, but its not. Remember no using arms and legs to roll....

Day 9: Core-Only Rolling Over and Back
We are keeping with the core and using it to help roll us over (and over, and over).

Begin face up, arms overhead. Then roll over until you’re face down and then one more time in that direction until you’re face up again. Then head back in the direction you came from, rolling face down and face up.

There’s a lot of ways to roll, so pay attention to how you initiated the movement. Did you lift an arm or a leg? Try doing it by not lifting your leg to get started, but by pushing a leg into the ground. Twist the pelvis and twist the ribs (i.e. move your waist!).

Repeat this 10-20 times, paying attention to how you’re breathing. Then, you can vacuum your floors like I always want to after doing this move.
