To all our students grading tomorrow, the very best of luck.
Do your best that’s all anyone can ask of you, if you do make a mistake just carry on, don’t give up, others may not have noticed.
Above all try to relax, keep the butterflies down, enjoy and have fun.

Excellent training tonight everyone. Well done from Master Luke and all your instructors. Remember, practice makes perfect. 10minutes a day is no time at all out of the day for anyone.
Please don’t forget that there is no training on Monday as ANZAC day is been observed.

Pad work went well at last nights training, not bad at all for the short period we’ve been back since the Christmas break.
