Life can be tough at times. It’s easy to get caught up in everything that’s going wrong, especially because our brains are naturally wired to look for problems.

But here’s the thing: what you repeatedly focus on is what your brain gets better at finding.

That doesn’t mean ignoring the challenges. It means choosing not to let them be the only thing you see.

Take a moment today to notice what’s going right. Celebrate the small wins. Be grateful for the progress you’ve made.

You can’t always choose your circumstances, but you can choose where you place your attention. And often, that’s where hope and momentum begin.

This is a little glimpse into what I love doing.

Most people know me through one thing or another, but this poster is a pretty good snapshot of what New Ideas Coaching is all about.

At its heart, I love helping people better understand themselves, build on their natural strengths, and create stronger leaders, healthier teams and more confident individuals. It’s incredibly rewarding to see those moments when someone discovers a new perspective on themselves or those around them.

I’d like to introduce our newest member to the team, Pickles. Pickles is working towards her "Canine Good Citizen" qualification to work as a support dog; she works closely with her co-coach, Luke, to deliver animal-assisted learning interventions for clients.

Pickles' approach to coaching is to be patient and non-judgemental whilst sitting at your feet or on your lap to help reduce stress and anxiety and elevate your mood, especially when you're going through something challenging. She's a kind, gentle soul who would love to come on a growth journey with you.
