WE'RE HIRING — FRONT OF HOUSE / SERVICE ADVISOR
Sky Automotive has just moved into our new premises at 36 Nayland Road, Stoke, and we’re looking for the right person to join us and take ownership of our front-of-house and customer service.

This is much more than a basic reception role.
You’ll be working from our new office, with a new computer and a fresh setup, helping keep the customer side of the business organised while the workshop team gets on with the vehicles.
Some days will be busy and you’ll have several customers, calls, vehicles and jobs happening at the same time — so being organised and able to prioritise is important.
The job:
🔹 Meeting customers and receiving vehicles (yes, you'll be handed some very nice keys)
🔹 Booking jobs in and keeping the diary.
🔹 Quotes, invoices and following up
🔹 Keeping front of house running smooth while the boys make paint shine
You'll fit right in if:
🔹 You actually like cars.
🔹 You're organised.
🔹 Attention to detail is non-negotiable. In this shop it IS the job — we measure our work in microns, not "she'll be right"
🔹 You're good with people, on the phone and over email
🔹 Reliable. You turn up, and you do what you said you'd do
🔹 Full NZ driver licence
🔹 No automotive experience? Sweet as — attitude first, we'll teach the rest
