A really informative seminar from Mr WaiHoe Chan . Special thanks to Mr Logan and Mr Joyce who went out of their way to help.
The Chin Na seminar was a great success! We had over 80 attendees including 25 attendees watching and participating online 😁
New protocols for Chin Na drills introduced so ask your instructor about them so we can all practice them in class!
