Time to say goodbye 👋
The time has come in my life to hang up the social media boots.
From 2017, I hope I have provided some helpful health advice and insights that have benefited you in some way, while having a bit of a laugh along the way.
There are so many amazing tools available now to source information and advice. A.I. (with a grain of salt) is a game changer, and will be the biggest help for the average person to learn and understand health-related topics. It is so simple now to have it write you a meal plan or an exercise program. Give it a go!
Don’t listen to mass media for health advice. The lies they have spilled—and still spill—about health, medication, and nutrition have done immense harm over the past decades.
Governments also don’t give “safe and effective” health advice, and are certainly not the only source of truth that they tell you they are.
Do your own research before you see your doctor. Take note of what they are NOT asking you before prescribing a pill. There are some incredible doctors out there; you just gotta find them.
Remember, being sick is a trillion dollar business.
Anyways….
There are few true luxuries in life.
1. Time
2. Health
3. A Quiet Mind.
4. A House Full of Love
I hope you are blessed with all of them.
See you at the drive🍟through sometime.
Eddie

Do you have high blood pressure? 🩸
You must know then that too much salt gives you high blood pressure and is bad for your kidneys?!!!!
Right?…… NOPE. 👎
The kidneys are what determines whether our blood pressure goes up or down.
But our kidney's handling of salt is determined by insulin. So if you lower your insulin levels, it doesn't matter how much salt you have, the kidneys will let it just pass out.
Your doctor will probably say you have essential hypertension.
It’s called essential because we don't know what causes it.
Kidney (Renal) doctors describe essential hypertension as an insulin-dependent state. They understand very clearly that if your insulin level is low, you don't have high blood pressure.
It ain’t the salt Peeps, it’s the sugar.
