We’re looking for prize donations for our upcoming quiz and bingo nights in support of Inclusive Sport Trust to be held at Sprig + Fern Upper Queen every Tuesday in October.

These events help bring people together, raise vital funds, and support inclusive opportunities for everyone to enjoy sport and physical activity. Every prize—big or small—can make a real difference and help us create a fantastic evening for our community.

We would be grateful for donations such as:

+ Yummy baked goods
+ Seasonal produce
+ Flowers
+ Hampers
+ Chocolates and treats
+ Bottles or non-alcoholic gifts
+ Beauty or pamper products
+ Days out or experience vouchers

Our programmes like our popular Multi Sport Groups cannot sustain without generous funding and community. We would like to thank Top of the South Community Foundation for the latest funding to support the important social and healthy living of our participants through Multi Sport programmes. Thank you!

High Energy & Fun when Multi-Sport Group2 stepped into their Fitness session at Fitness by CLM at the Richmond Aquatic Centre. Huge thanks to Diana, Instructor, for another great session.

Finals Night— a great celebration of the achievements of our players and their teams. A huge thank you to all our coaches, officials, volunteers, and supporters for an outstanding season.

Thank you to Myles for a great job as MC and to Helen, Julieanne and Alice, Board Members, Inclusive Sport Trust, for all their support.
