Looking forward to this, a great opportunity for our growing groms!
Nelson has well over 200 youth riders who get out and race regularly and we'd love to see you all come along and support the youth workshop this weekend.
đWhat: A chance to mix and mingle with some of our local riders who have spent time racing on the international scene, ask questions and pick up a few ideas that might help with your own race journey.
đWho: Aimed towards teens who are currently racing, but all club members who are interested are welcome to come along.
đWhen & Where: 1pm - 3pm at Maitai Golf Clubrooms.
No booking needed, just show up on the day. It'll be a low key afternoon and we'd love to see you there!
Suggestion: Bring your bikes along and we'll head out for a mass party-train lap of Mr Chomper afterwards! đ˛

SPRING ALWAYS LOOKS BETTER FROM A BIKE đ˛đź
Longer days. Warmer afternoons. Blossom beside the trail. Lunch somewhere by the water.
Spring has arrived in Nelson Tasman - and with it, a very good excuse to start exploring again.
You donât have to be a serious cyclist. You donât need special clothing, a training plan or any interest in breaking records.
You simply need a free day and an appetite for seeing where the trail takes you.
MÄpua? Rabbit Island? A vineyard? A brewery? A long lunch followed by an easy ride home?
That sounds like our kind of spring.

With tracks and views like this, where else would you rather be in the world? đđ
Have a great weekend!

A greatful shout out to New Zealand Police for their kaitiakitanga; kindly providing my son with lights when he was spotted cycling home from mountain biking after dark. We have provided him with multiple sets of lights, but he 'forgot' to take them when he went riding after school with his mates. Great to see proactive and supportive policing to keep our tamariki safe.

You can enjoy a brilliant day cycling Nelson Tasman without considering yourself âa cyclistâ.
You might not own padded shorts.
You may not remember the last time you rode 20 kilometres.
You might hear the word âhillâ and immediately start reconsidering the entire plan.
Thatâs all perfectly fine.
We can help match the bike, route and experience to your confidence and the kind of day you actually want - whether that means an easy coastal ride, plenty of food stops or an e-bike giving you a little help along the way.
This isnât about proving anything.
Itâs about having a great day out.
Tell us whoâs riding and what sounds enjoyable. Weâll help with the rest đ

MÄpua is already a brilliant place to spend an afternoon.
Getting there by bike makes the day even better.
The Magical MÄpua Tour follows a scenic coastal route towards Rabbit Island, includes the ferry crossing and gives you time to explore MÄpua Wharfâs cafĂŠs, galleries and tempting places to stop.
Then, rather than turning lunch into a race against the return journey, thereâs a shuttle back to Nelson.
Itâs 28 kilometres of coastline, conversation and anticipation - with something rather good waiting at the other end.
We will be running the Magical MÄpua Tour all day on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September - come and celebrate the first weekend of spring (and Father's Day đ), book with us today!

Spring is now less than two weeks away, and weâre already starting to get a few of those warmer, sunnier days. Long may they last!
Thereâs something pretty good about this time of year â longer days, a bit more warmth in the sun, and plenty more reasons to get back out on the bike.
What are you looking forward to most about springtime? âď¸
