School holidays are wrapping up, which means regular classes at Self Defence New Plymouth are about to kick off again! Whether you want to learn practical safety skills, build confidence, or get a great workout, we have a spot for you.

👥 Class Options Available:
Youth (Ages 7–14): Build focus, discipline, and basic safety skills.
Adults (Ages 14+): Practical real-world defense techniques for all fitness levels.

NEW MEMBERS WELCOME! No prior experience or martial arts background is required. Just bring some comfortable workout gear, a water bottle, and a positive attitude.
