There are workouts to suit any fitness level, with no or very little equipment needed: bodyweight sessions, DB's, BB's, bands, kettlebell & swiss ball workouts, HIIT, cross fit style, circuits, low impact, plyometrics, sprint training, hill sessions & more

Symmetry Fitness (under the billboards in Fitzroy) will be back open when we hit level 2, with only 1 - 6 clients in the studio at a time, I can make sure you are safe during my one on one & small group sessions that cost as little as $20 per hour.
