I do not have many photos of myself training that do not look like this. Full effort, slightly unhinged, and if you look closely, smiling the whole way through.

That is the part nobody tells you. It is hard, and it is genuinely joyful too, not despite the effort, because of it.

5 days left on the Winter Pass. 21 days of coaching with WildForm Fitness at Rampage Fitness City, $207 this winter only.

Comment PASS if today's the day you stop waiting to feel ready.

It's cold. It's dark at 6am and dark again at 5pm. And if you're honest, “I'll start in spring”, has already crossed your mind.

We get it. We're coaches, and winter is genuinely the hardest time to start. So we've removed every reason to wait.

THE WINTER PASS. 21 days of strength & conditioning coaching with WildForm Fitness at Rampage Fitness City. Valued at $414. Winter only: $207.

6 passes. 8 days to grab one. That's it! At this price it's all we can take and still coach you properly. Sales closes 31/08/2026 or when they're gone, whichever comes first.

Start today, and you'll already be weeks into building the habit while everyone else is still deciding.

Most women don't need less food.

They need food that works for them.

Food that fuels training.
Food that supports recovery.
Food that keeps them full.
Food that's enjoyable enough to stick with.

That's exactly how I build my meals.

Protein is usually my starting point.
Carbohydrates are placed strategically around training because they give me the energy to perform and recover.
Then I load up on colourful plants because I genuinely believe food is one of the best forms of medicine we have.

The number itself isn't the lesson here.

The lesson is that eating enough of the right foods can help you feel stronger, recover better and enjoy your life without constantly thinking about your next meal.

And yes... dessert still makes the cut.

I'd love to know... which meal would you happily steal from my day?

What's one thing you've learnt about nutrition that changed the way you eat? I'd love to hear below.

Confused about HIIT? Let’s simplify it.

A lot of women think they need the perfect plan or more fitness knowledge before they can start. They do not.

HIIT is just short bursts of hard work followed by recovery. That is it.

When fitness starts sounding too technical or overwhelming, people switch off before they even begin. You do not need more noise. You need something clear enough to trust and simple enough to do.

In this session I’m using kettlebell deadlifts, bodyweight squats, bear crawls, and a plate clean and press.

Work 20 to 30 seconds.
Rest 60 to 90 seconds.
Repeat 6 to 10 times.

Simple. Effective. Doable.

If you want to train in a way that feels supportive, clear, and built for real life. Join WildForm. Send me a message and let’s chat.

Sometimes I wish I could just walk every anxious woman over to the weights area, stand next to her, and say,

“You’re allowed to be here.”🫂

That’s basically the heart behind the women-only Learn to Lift series I’m planning in Taranaki:

💜 calm, small groups where you can ask “silly” questions,
💜 practice the basics slowly, and actually feel safe while you learn.

No yelling, no before-and-after body pressure, no need to already “be fit” to join. Just real-life strength, at your pace. 😉

If you’re even curious about something like this, DM me “LEARN” and tell me what would make it feel do-able for you (time, location, your worries, what you want to learn).

Would you love to lift weights… but the idea of walking into the weights area makes your stomach drop?

If you’ve ever thought...

“I’d love to feel strong, but I have no idea what I’m doing in the gym,”

..you are 100% not alone.

So many women tell me they’re scared of looking silly, getting injured, or feeling judged, so they stay on the cardio machines instead.

My whole thing with WildForm is helping you move better, feel stronger, and actually enjoy the process without the pressure or diet culture vibes.

I’m playing with the idea of a super gentle Learn to Lift series for women who want confidence with the basics. Would that be helpful for you?

Comment LIFT if a beginner-friendly Learn to Lift for women sounds like something you’d want.
