Whether they’re just starting out, already playing, or keen to sharpen up their skills, it’s a great opportunity to spend an hour learning from Grant and having some fun with golf.

This Sunday we come together for our Club Memorial Day, a special day to remember and honour the Westown members and golfers we have sadly lost over the years.

Open to all club members and their friends and families, it’s a chance to enjoy a round together, share some stories and remember those who have been part of our club and are no longer with us. 💙

💰 *Alongside a fantastic weekend of golf, there are FIVE daily spot prizes up for grabs, including ONE spot prize valued at $500!
*Conditions apply – to be eligible for the $500 spot prize, you must play both tournament days and be present at prizegiving.

Your entry also includes a FREE practice round on Friday 11 September, giving you the chance to get familiar with the course before the tournament begins.

A huge congratulations to Emilee Venables-Zhou, who has been selected to represent Taranaki at the Eagles Boys & Girls Golf Championship of New Zealand at Windross Farm this October! 👏

A huge congratulations to Sam Venables-Zhou, who took out the Taranaki Eagles Golfing Society Junior event with an outstanding 40 Stableford points. What a fantastic effort and a well-deserved result! 💙🖤

⛳️ ANOTHER FANTASTIC RESULT FOR OUR WESTOWN JUNIORS! 💙🖤

A huge congratulations to Emilee Venables-Zhou on an outstanding performance at the Taranaki Age Group Championships, taking out the U19 Girls Nett title! 🏆

Emilee backed up a solid opening round with a brilliant second round to take home the nett title, while also finishing 4th in the U19 Girls Gross. An awesome achievement! 👏

A great effort too from Cory Greenlees, who continued his strong week with two determined rounds, finishing 35th in the U16 Boys Gross and 14th in the Nett. 💪

Congratulations to both Emilee and Cory on a fantastic tournament. We can't wait to see what the rest of the season has in store for these two! ⛳️💙

⛳️ A FANTASTIC START TO AGE GROUP WEEK! 💙🖤

A huge congratulations to Cory Greenlees, who took out the Nett Division at today's South Taranaki Age Group Championships at Te Ngutu Golf Club! 🏆

Cory fired a nett 70, claiming the title on countback. What an awesome achievement! 👏

Samuel Venables-Zhou also put together a solid round and continued to build on his great progress, while Emilee Venables-Zhou gained some valuable experience and is ready to take on the next two days of competition. 💪⛳️

Best of luck to them as they tee it up in the Taranaki Age Group Championship tomorrow and Wednesday. Go well, team! 💙🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️
