Long Bay College Junior Boys Premier Basketball Team –
Thursday 17 August:
The boys put together a superb team effort against Westlake Boys Green in winning their game by 33 points and sealing top spot going into the play-offs. The first quarter was close with Long Bay leading 17-11 at quarter time. Long Bay extended their lead each quarter and dominated the last quarter 19-3. Cooper Emerson top scored with 20 points and Blake Masterson, Brodie Harbott and Jake Horsfall all ending up in double figures. A great team effort – well played boys.

Good luck to the Junior Boys Black team as they take on Hobsonville Point in the Grand Final tonight at Massey University. Tip off is at 5.40pm on court 1. Go well boys!!
