What an incredible start to our Seminar Week with Arimoto Sensei from Japan! 🇯🇵🥋
From the very first techniques, it was clear why Sensei is a 4-time World Champion — his precision and power in even the basics are truly inspiring.
We kicked off with our Little Tigers, focusing on strong fundamentals before challenging them with Heian Shodan and Heian Nidan. They rose to the occasion beautifully!
Next up, our older students dove into dynamic Kihon drills, including powerful kicks like Mae Geri, Yoko Geri, and Mawashi Geri. The energy was electric!

We wrapped up the evening with a full run-through of the Heian Kata series — what a fantastic way to launch an unforgettable week of Karate!

Then our senior belts took the floor for the third class, where we focused on the Kayuoko Shodan kata. Sensei guided us through the intricacies of this advanced form, highlighting subtle details and deeper applications — a real masterclass in precision and flow.
