Oh no! We have inadvertently upset the balance of nature by allowing Phil the pheasant to munch on Billy the cats kai. Survival of the fittest out the window. Sorry Darwin! HOWEVER good cat for leaving birds alone but keeping the rats from munching on our vehicles.

Even on a wet, rainy and generally rubbish day, it's still still absolutely beautiful up here at Dirt Farm. 20 years of living here, I wonder when I'll get sick of the view?

BUT getting your dough consistency just right, spinning pizza dough in the air so it's professionally circular and getting the perfect balance of ingredients is no mean task. That's why we have created our wood fired pizza making experience. Skip all the mistakes I've made and jump straight to perfect pro pizza!...oh yeah and eat till your about to burst ;)
