Hello all. In the spirit of supporting a neighboring club we have been ask to post the following.
Hauraki Bowling Club is having an opening day on the 22nd of September starting at 9.30am. It is to be a Progressive Tournament, 3 games. $10.00 entry fee.

If you are unsure what a Progressive Tournament is, then phone Anne.
Ten prizes are to be won.

Today was the last push working bee before season start next Wednesday. We, as a group achieved so much today and all the assistance was greatly appreciated. Many, many thanks to you and we are looking forward to seeing everyone on the green next week.
Very well done team. Good job done.

Hello all. Getting closer and closer to the start of the new season. Lots of background work going on getting everything organized before we start.
Getting sponsors locked in for the 26/27 season is very important.
Without our sponsors we as a club have nothing and we truly appreciate their sponsorship and do not take them for granted.
Recently I posted our first "Bowler" newsletter and did miss a sponsor by accident. To, Caltex-Moores Service Station I apologize for that and will remedy that.
Moores Service Station is a uniform sponsor and we proudly carry their logo wherever we go. Thankyou for your sponsorship from an appreciative club.

Another big day on the #2 Green. Kevin proudly gives it's first reel mower cut. Another milestone towards the dream. Paul and Martin backing up as usual. Thanks team. Very much appreciated. The club is looking fantastic.

Hello all. On Wednesday the 9th of September at 9.30am we are having a "HAVE-A-GO-DAY" at the club.
This will be held in conjunction with our opening day.
If you think that lawn bowls maybe for you, or you know of someone who might be keen, then come along and "have a go". Time is at 9.30am, all ages welcome, bowls supplied and coaching on hand.
This is a wonderful, social game on great greens with great people about.
So, why not "Have-a-go".

Calling all members. Just a request that we are having a working bee on Saturday the 5th of September at 10am to prepare for opening day and the new season ahead. Off season work is completed and the final touches are required to complete the work.
A good turnout would be appreciated in order for this to happen.

Beautiful day here in Paeroa. The lads have been busy at the club today getting the jobs done before the new season.
The club is looking fantastic, you should pop down and have a look.
#2 green is coming along very well and well on the way to becoming a new playing surface.

Hello all. Today we had our mid winter lunch at the Paeroa RSA and Citizens Club. Maria's Kitchen put on an awesome lunch which was enjoyed by all. Such a good time with lots of chatter and laughter. Thankyou to all who turned up and made the time most enjoyable and to catch up over the winter break.
