I ventured into the big wide world of physiotherapy in 2014 and since then I have worked in many different settings.

Over the years I have enjoyed working in private clinics, working with various sporting teams and high performance teams and working in corporate work places. I have also been apart of various sports, at high levels over the years and understand the demands from both sides.

I enjoy treating all your usual aches and pains, neck, back, headaches, work injuries, sports injuries or stubborn niggles you just cant get rid of.

I don’t like to work in a box and believe that we all live our lives differently, which is why your physiotherapy treatment should be tailored to that. I mostly work using combinations of soft tissue work, dry needling and functional exercise rehab to get you back on track. Treating the cause and not just the symptoms.
